Robert Bond – Co-Founder, President
Mr. Bond has been in the security and investigation industry for over 20 years, founding Security Resources in 1996 with Mr. Malone. Prior to founding Security Resources, Mr. Bond was CEO of a national security and investigative company until the company was sold to a major international security concern. Mr. Bond is a licensed private investigator in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida and Nevada. He holds a Bachelors of Arts and Science from the University of Delaware and is an active member of ASIS International.

Joseph Malone – Co-Founder, Director of Corporate Planning and Development
Mr. Malone has been involved in the security industry since 1996. Prior to that, he owned and managed a Certified Public Accounting firm as well as created and owned several businesses and real estate ventures. Mr. Malone holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University. From there, he continued his education at Fairleigh Dickenson University and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a member of ASIS International as well as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Curt Kugler – Vice President, General Manager
Mr. Kugler has been involved in the security industry for over 25 years, spending the last eight years as General Manager of Security Resources. As General Manager, Mr. Kugler has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and investigations of Security Resources and its sister company, Honor Guard Security. Prior to joining Security Resources, Mr. Kugler spent seven years as the Director of Operations for a French owned retailer who opened hypermarket stores in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. During this time, Mr. Kugler learned the European Style of retail loss prevention management which involved theft prevention, investigation and apprehension. Before this, Mr. Kugler spent an additional ten years honing his loss prevention skills with a major retailer. His internal and external apprehension numbers coupled with his belief of deterrence; being the biggest money saver earned him a reputation as an extremely productive loss prevention specialist. Mr. Kugler’s responsibilities increased and ultimately he was assigned to five different stores located in four different states. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Steven M. Winheld – Corporate Controller
Mr. Winheld has over 18 years experience in corporate and public accounting, joining Security Resources in 2004 as Corporate Controller. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance of Security Resources and its sister company Honor Guard Security. Prior to joining Security Resources, Mr. Winheld held various controllership positions with both public and private companies in the service industries. Before this, Mr. Winheld was audit and tax manager of a regional public accounting firm, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Winheld holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Temple University and is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Susan Lippert, PHR – Director of Human Resources
Ms. Lippert has over 20 years of human resource experience in retail, manufacturing, healthcare and security industries, joining Security Resources in 2006. She is responsible for overseeing all human resource activity, including benefit management, personnel decisions and compensation and statutory compliance for Security Resources corporate and satellite offices. Prior to joining SRI,  Ms. Lippert was the Director of Human Resources with a regional network of healthcare facilities located in Southern New Jersey.  Ms. Lippert is a certified Professional in Human Resources and a active member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
