Account Representative
Security Resources International has 2 immediate openings for full-time, 2nd shift Account Representatives (5PM-1AM) for Tuesday thru Saturday coverage in our Cherry Hill, NJ office.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
These individuals will receive calls from clients regarding security guard coverage, alarm response, etc.
The Account Representative will trouble shoot, communicate and document issues to provide client and in-house resolutions.
Required Skills
Intermediate computer skills and multi-tasking skills required. Professionalism, strong communication skills and phone etiquette are a must. Prior customer service experience preferred.
