XpressGuard® - Terms of Service

    Rates will vary based upon geographic locations and length of service.
  • Six hours minimum billing for each guard that reports for duty.
  • Four hours of service billed if the project is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled start.
  • Premium billing rates with less than 24 hours notice.
  • Time & one-half on the following Holidays: New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • California and other State overtime rates apply when applicable.
  • Invoices due upon receipt
